Hourly Rentals & All other types of bookings

Deposits: Minimum 50% (non-refundable) deposit is due when the booking is made.
Full payment is due by the date of the event. This payment will be charged to the credit card on file unless alternate arrangements are made.

Additional Damage Security Deposits of $500 or more may be charged on certain types of trips or certain types of vehicles. Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of trip completion if no damage or cleanup charges were incurred.

If payment is made by check the check must arrive at our office a minimum of 10 days before the booking date. We do not accept personal checks, company checks only.

Sedan, SUV, Bus or Limo Cancellations & Deposit Refunds: All deposits are non refundable. If trip is cancelled 7 days prior to reservation date, there will be a charge of 50% of the total bill. If run is cancelled within 48 hrs prior to the trip the charge is 100% of the total bill. We are not responsible for time or date changes, and there may be a fee to change time and or date. Deposits and lost charges may be used for future limousine or sedan rentals good for up to one year, and credit may also be passed on to another client. If for any reason a driver is late or running behind schedule, we will work to come up with an agreeable accommodation. If the client chooses to cancel the reservation completely, there will not be any refunds given.

Cleanup and Damage Fees: Renter assumes full responsibility for the repair cost of any items damaged inside the vehicle during the term of the rental. Repair cost may vary from $10 to $2000 or more depending on what is damaged.

Typical repair costs are as follows:

  •  Broken Glass: $15 each
  •  Broken Decanter: $75 each
  •  Spills/Stains: $25-$200 or more depending on extent of damage
  •  Rips or burns on upholstery, roof or carpet: $1000+ depending on extent of damage


If someone regurgitates inside the vehicle there is a minimum $300 (maximum $450) clean up fee to cover the extra hours of clean up, professional steam-cleaning of carpets, etc. Severe cases requiring replacement of carpeting or upholstery may run $1000 or more. Please drink responsibly and if someone has drank too much send them home in a          taxi instead of taking a chance on damaging the vehicle.

Excessive trash left in the vehicle will result in additional cleanup fees of $100 or more being charged. If you are in a large group such as on a bus please be sure to use the trash bags provided to avoid being charged cleanup fees.

Food such as potato chips, popcorn, etc which can get spilled and ground into the carpet are not recommended. Excessive food such as this spilled in the vehicle will be charged $200 or more due to the resulting need for more intensive carpet cleaning, professional steam cleaning, etc.

No Smoking: All of our vehicles are No Smoking vehicles. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if smoking is occurring inside the vehicle. A minimum $300 cleanup fee will apply if smoking occurs in one of our vehicles. We will be happy to stop and wait for as many smoke breaks as you need.

No Illegal Drugs: No illegal drugs to be carried or used in the vehicle at anytime. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if illegal activity is occurring inside the vehicle.

No Underage Drinking: No underage drinking or underage possession of alcohol in the vehicle at anytime. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if underage drinking is occurring inside the vehicle.

Lost Items: Renter assumes sole responsibility for any and all lost, stolen or missing personal items during the term of the rental. Please be sure to gather all your belongings when you exit the vehicle at the end of the rental. Our phone number for lost and found is 512-766-5950.

Overtime: Be sure to reserve the vehicle for as long as you think you will need it. If you need to extend your rental we will be happy to do so as long as there is still availability, however availability of additional hours at the last minute beyond those reserved can not be guaranteed as someone else may have already booked the vehicle right after your scheduled rental time is complete.

Undertime: If you complete the trip in less time than reserved, there will be no refund. The amount of time in which the vehicle was reserved for is how much the bill will be for.

Emergency Vehicle Substitution: In the unlikely event that a last minute mechanical breakdown or accident puts a vehicle temporarily out of service Longhorn Limos reserves the right to substitute an alternate vehicle (or vehicles) from our fleet or from our affiliates’ fleet. Alternate vehicle (or vehicles) may possibly be different in size, color or description than originally booked vehicle depending on availability. No refunds or discounts will be given if an alternate vehicle is provided at the agreed upon pickup time.

Lone Star State Limos Cancellation Policy

Our policies are straight forward and we stand behind all services we offer. If you must cancel a reservation please give us time to process the cancellation. If you must cancel anytime after the following allotted time periods you will be charged the full price of the reservation. We are flexible and happy to work with you and your company if you need to change departure or arrival times as long as these changes are made within a timely manner. This policy is subject to change.

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel a reservation, the following cancellation policy will be applicable:

For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
